Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations for online purchases. If items have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, they will not be eligible for return or refund, unless they are faulty.

Non-Returnable Items:

For health and hygiene reasons, pillows and other bedding items are non-returnable if they have been opened or used. If these items remain sealed and in their original packaging, they may be eligible for a return. Please note that this policy applies strictly to items that have been opened and refunds will not be issued for opened items.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will require photographic evidence of the issue to process a return or refund. Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed damaged or defective upon inspection and replacements will be provided if necessary.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact Us:

To request a return or refund, please email our customer support team at contact@millenniumdreams.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and notify you of the next steps.

2. Approval & Return Instructions:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Refund Processing:

Once the returned item is inspected, if eligible, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method. Please note that only items meeting the return eligibility criteria will be refunded.

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping Costs:

For non-faulty items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your pillow or any other item, please contact us at contact@millenniumdreams.co.uk. Exchanges will only be processed if the item is unused and in its original condition. Exchanges for used or opened products are not permitted.

Your Legal Rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law. You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases; however, for hygiene products such as pillows, this does not apply once the packaging has been opened. Faulty items will be refunded or replaced in line with your statutory rights.
